RENTAL OF SPACES WITHIN PITT

 

Within PITT it also functions an Administrative Building (AB) (Ground Floor + First Floor) that offers 19 renting spaces and can lodge events within its conference, seminar and ceremonious rooms.

As a consequence of the plenum session from the 31st of January 2006, the Timis County Council has approved the tariff of 1,5 Euro / sqm / month, respectively 5,50 RON / sqm / month for renting the non viable land within the Industrial and Technological Park Timisoara.

The spaces of the AB are fitted (optionally) with the necessary equipment for the office activities:

*    Offices and furniture;

*    Computers;

*    Telephones;

*    Possibility of connecting to the Internet (structured wire stranding).

AB GROUND FLOOR SPACES PRESENTATION

The AB ground floor consists of the following spaces:

►      Medical services  – three offices having a total surface about  56.1 sqm; *

►      Bank services  – two offices having a total surface of 29.4 sqm;*

►      Other support services – two offices having a total surface of 40 sqm;*

►   The refectory room ( 60 sqm) and kitchen (16 sqm); *

►   The conference room: has a dimension of 47,5 sqm and can lodge 35 persons, being equipped with scanner, laptop and video floodlight; the room can be rented for 15 Euros/hour (VAT is not included); it is also stipulated a tariff of 1 Euro/hour (VAT is not included) for office equipment;

* These offices can be rented for 21 Rons/sqm/month (VAT is not included).

THE AB FIRST FLOOR SPACES PRESENTATION

The AB first floor consists of the following spaces:

*      10 offices for renting (the spaces numbered with 10, 11 ,12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 19, 20 in the graphical presentation from above:

*    the offices no. 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16  are furnished; their furniture consist of at least a desk, a cupboard, a bookstand board, an ergonomic chair, two stool, and optionally there is the possibility of equipping the offices with computers;

*    the tariff for renting the offices is about 21 Ron/mp/month (VAT is not included), this tariff being negotiable;

*    Ceremonious room has a surface of 30,7 sqm and it is equipped with scanner, laptop and video floodlight, can lodge 12 persons; it can be rented for 10 Euros/hour (VAT is not included);

*    Seminar room has a surface of 30, 8 sqm and a no. of 13 places, it is equipped with scanner, laptop and video floodlight and can be rented for 10 Euros/hour (VAT is not included).

These surfaces can be rented both by the concessionaires and the companies willing to become PITT’s tenants.

*   By land that is not for concession, represented by the land surface of 1500 sqm situated near to PITT’s plots, is understood other land surfaces that have not the destination for concession for developing production activities, according to the useful surface dimensioned by plots.

*    the tariff for renting the land that is not for concession is about 5,50 Ron/mp/month (VAT is not included), the auction step is 0,50 Ron

 

From PITT’s other facilities we mention also:

1.    THE AUTO GARAGE:

*    Has a surface about 204 mp;

*    Has a lodge capacity of  4 - 5 places ( 89.73 sqm);

*    It is equipped with a workshop and pit space (114.52 sqm).

2.    33 parking lots in the AB area.
