PRESENTATION AND LOCATION

1.
Technological and Industrial Park Timisoara (PITT) is a project achieved by Timis County Council
and ADETIM - Economic Development Agency
of Timis County and
co-financed by Phare ISF 2001, the National Fund for Regional Development and
other financial resources, its
purpose being to support the
development of SME’ s in the following fields:
Software;
IT & Communications;
Electronics and electrical technology;
Automotives and other types of industries that are utilizing advanced and non
polluted technologies;
Other production activities using low polluting technologies;
Designing, researching & development activities;
Logistics;
Lohn processing.
2.
PITT is the property of the Timis County Council and consists of a
land surface about 18.3 ha, completely equipped with international
standard infrastructure of “green field sites”.

PITT offer consist of the leasing of 25 plots, with dimensions sized between 950 square meters (sqm) and 8420 sqm. The total free for leasing surface is about 10.78 ha. Within PITT,

The total amount of the investment is of 3,7 million Euros.

In October 2004 PITT was officially
inaugurated. So far there were organized four
opened public auctions for plots leasing in the following dates:

Now we are under the direct negotiation procedure
(in the 20th day of each month) in the purpose to lease the
available plots at PITT.
