The range of services provided by PITT includes:

1. A CATEGORY SERVICES:

Support services included in the concession fee,

  Services and facilities ensured with directly payment by the administration of the Park.

2. B CATEGORY SERVICES:

Services planned to be ensured by provideng companies recommended or attracted in the Administrative Building of PITT*.

A CATEGORY SERVICES

1. Support services included in the concession fee

Reception, info - point;

Support in getting the necessary approvals and licenses from the Local Public Administration Authorities;

The inclusion of PITT’s concessionaires and tenants in the Park’s promotion and PR program;

Business club;

Advisory and informative center for the business development;

The facility of connection with the University Center Timisoara;

The facility of organizing the custom house procedures at the place of residence;

Cleaning and maintenance of roads, green spaces and cleaning of public space;

Street and perimeter;

Guard and security;

Access to the utilities network of the Park ׃ water, sewerage, gas, electric power, telephone.

2. Services and facilities ensured with directly payment

by the administration of the Park:

Events’ organization;

Renting of conference and seminar halls;

Parking for the Administrative Building tenants;

Buffet;

Renting of offices in the Administrative Building;

Support services for technological transfer;

Consultancy for the local acquisitions;

Support for cluster’s strengthening;

Consultancy for brands and licenses.

B CATEGORY SERVICES

Services planned to be ensured by providing companies recommended or attracted in the Administrative Building of PITT*:

Connection and administration of the town infrastructure services and others;

Business, juridical and building consultancy services;

Designing and construction of the production capacity services – this service is optional and it is ofered  within the limit of PITT’s administration (currently the service is unavailable)

Specialized consultancy, intermediary, promoting- marketing and training;

Messenger, mail and medical assistance;

Banking services;

Restaurant - canteen;

Auto garage.
