PITT – LEASING STANDINGS

 

So far there have been concluded 17 leasing contracts within PITT, with the following companies:

 From the already leased surface within PITT point of view, we can state that from a total available surface for leasing of 107.883 square meters (sqm), there have been occupied a surface of  88.329 sqm, which signifies that the PITT’s occupying rate value is of  75 %.

At this moment, from the leased plots point of view, the PITT’s occupying rate value is of 82 %, namely 20.5 plots from the total of 25.

In the figure below there is represented the manner in which are distributed, using percentages, the surfaces of each concessionaire within PITT:

From the number of investors within PITT point of view, actually there are 3 foreign investors (RB Producţie scări interioare, Willy Kreutz, Hemofarm), and a number of 13 Romanian investors (Iorom Industry, Twin Motors, Tecnoimp.Ro, Prospero, Trim Line, Imprimeria Mirton, Maxx Ing, Wally Junior, Pop Glass, Pan Sarmis, Psihoreliconstruct, Ssm Prest, Pro Samac Construct). In the figure below there is the graphical presentation of the proportion between the Romanian investors and the foreign ones within PITT, the first ones having a weight of 81 %, while the weight of the foreign investors is of  19 %.
