Completing the new PITT offer – the possibility of renting the non viable land in the purpose of organizing exterior show-rooms :

As a consequence of the plenum session from the 31^st of January 2006, the Timis County Council has approved the tariff of 1,5 Euro / sqm / month, respectively 5,50 RON / sqm / month for renting the non viable land within the Industrial and Technological Park Timisoara.

The Timis County Council is organizing monthly permanent direct negotiations for leasing the plots within the Industrial and Technological Park Timisoara.

The place and the deadline for the offers reception:

- Technological and Industrial Park Timişoara,

- the offers reception is PITT secretary, Road Torontalului Km. 6, till 19^th of each month, or in the case that is not a working day, in the first working day after till 16⁰⁰ Romanian time;

- auction /direct negociation will be at Timis County Council, ADETIM Secretariat, Revolutiei 1989 Bvd, no. 17, 4^th floor, chamber 401 in the 20^th of each month, or in the case that is not a working day, in the first working day after the 20^th.

The Timis County Council is organizing permanent direct negotiations for renting the spaces within the Administrative Building of PITT.
